INGREDIENTS:
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 handful of spinach or kale
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1″ slice of fresh ginger
- 2 scoops vanilla plant protein
