Yoga Sessions are designed specifically for your body. Flow through a sequence of poses to unlock joints, lengthen muscles, all while calming the mind and being present during your practice.

Stretch + Recovery Sessions help to release tension and tightness in your body. A unique combination of thai massage techniques, yoga postures, acupressure and active/passive stretches create space to improve circulation, increase energy flow, provide efficient and overall better functional movement.

Nutrition Sessions provide you with a solid plan for consistent healthy food habits that keep you mentally and physically sharp throughout the day. Whether your goal is weight loss/gain, body fat reduction, sport specific training, or simply living a bloat/pain free life, enjoy clean foods to help your digestive system stay healthy, without eliminating the foods you love. Finally, a realistic approach to better nutrition so you can function at your peak and maintain a healthy well-functioning body.

Wellness Sessions will help you implement healthy routines, inclusive of fitness training, recovery, yoga, meditation, food shopping, meal planning, detoxification, and techniques to de-stress and find balance.

We start with a 360 view of your workouts, nutrition, sleep, and schedule. Then make subtle shifts to create a more fulfilling, balanced, healthy and fit lifestyle that is ALL YOURS! We’ll work together to develop a realistic plan so you can transform your life and live to its fullest potential.
